How does the free trial work?

You can try virtually every feature on HoneyBook free for 7 days, no credit card required. There are minor limitations based on eligibility for some advanced features.

 How many projects or clients are included in each plan?

Unlimited. That’s right, you can add as many clients and projects as you need with any of our plans. We’ll never charge you to add more leads, projects, or clients.

 I have a promo or referral code. How do I use it?

If you have a promo code, you’ll be able to apply it when you pick a plan and officially subscribe.
If someone referred you to HoneyBook, they would’ve shared a unique referral link with. Subscribing via a referral link gets you a discount on your membership and earns the referring member a cash bonus. Referral discounts are usually automatically applied at checkout, but can also be entered manually.

 Can I change my plan later on?

Can I cancel my account?

Are there any payment processing fees?

As a payment processor, HoneyBook charges a small fee so you can accept payments through major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Mastercard. Card processing fees start at 2.9% + 25¢. There are no hidden fees, international fees, or premium card brand fees. You can also accept ACH bank transfer payments for a lower 1.5%.
If you transact over $500,000 annually and are subscribed to the Premium plan, you may be eligible for discounted card fees.

How do I get my client documents set up on HoneyBook?

You have access to hundreds of professionally-designed templates to start from in the HoneyBook template gallery. 
If you already have documents you already use with clients—like pricing lists, questionnaires, forms, contracts, and invoices—our team will turn them into ready-to-use HoneyBook templates for free. Once you’re subscribed to the plan of your choice, you’ll be able to upload your documents (including currently open invoices) for our team to transfer into your account.
